• Role & Company / Project Overview: TalTeam is hiring a Talent & Organization Performance - Spec, Learning & Dev Assoc (Healthcare) / Training Resources Specialist in Baltimore, MD. Join us in making a difference through effective learning and training, focusing on basic claims enquiries, customer service, and the fundamentals of using LumeniX. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Create and deliver engaging training resources and programs focused on basic claims enquiries and the basics/fundamentals of using LumeniX - Support both Claims and Customer Service training (delivering a balanced mix of both areas) - Conduct Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / in-person training sessions - Facilitate Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) – primarily virtual training environments - Facilitate classes of approximately 20 to 30 learners throughout training programs that typically last 8 to 10 weeks - Responsible for ensuring an engaging and consistent learner experience across cohorts - Help learners build the skills they need to succeed and continuous improvement • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong understanding and practical application of adult learning principles - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Experience in either a healthcare claims environment or customer service training - Healthcare experience is strongly preferred - Ability to drive impactful learning and student development • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Baltimore, Maryland (MD) - Work Model: Hybrid Role - DMV area (Candidates must be within driving distance from VA, MD, and DC) • Compensation & Benefits: - Professional career development opportunity within a collaborative healthcare learning environment • Application Instructions: - Apply today by sending your resume to the designated hiring contact.
