Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a Web Developer / Web Accessibility Specialist with strong experience in SharePoint, front-end development, and digital accessibility to support web accessibility audits, remediation, and ongoing compliance across digital platforms. This position requires local candidates with Driver's License (DL) proof. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Perform manual and automated web accessibility audits • Remediate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and interactive web content • Ensure websites and digital assets meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, ADA Title II, and Section 508 standards • Manage and develop pages and custom components within SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server • Develop/modify SharePoint templates, web parts, page layouts, and CSS/JavaScript integrations • Implement WAI-ARIA, semantic HTML, landmarks, and accessible navigation • Perform accessibility testing on new and existing content • Remediate accessible PDFs and Microsoft Office documents • Collaborate with content creators, IT teams, communications teams, and vendors Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 2+ years of experience as a Web Developer, Webmaster, Front-End Developer, or Web Accessibility Specialist • Hands-on SharePoint Online & SharePoint Server experience • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA • Experience with ADA Title II & Section 508 • Knowledge of WAI-ARIA and accessible web design • Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills • Experience with responsive web development • Knowledge of PDF accessibility/remediation and Adobe Acrobat Pro • Experience creating accessible Microsoft Office documents • Preferred Skills: Siteimprove, accessiBe, SharePoint custom web parts, templates, page layouts, and accessibility remediation experience Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States • Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote • Duration: 1 Year + Strong Possibility of Extension Application Instructions Interested candidates, please submit your updated resume as instructed.
