Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Musandah FM is hiring a Facility Manager – Healthcare based in Aswan, Egypt. Please note that this position is strictly open to Aswan residents only. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee and manage healthcare facility operations. • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance across MEP systems and healthcare infrastructure. • Lead operational teams, coordinate with contractors, and maintain client relations. • Ensure compliance with healthcare operations, HTM, medical equipment maintenance, HSE, and infection control standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Eligibility: Strictly Aswan Residents Only. • Experience: 7+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, and healthcare facilities operations. • Standards Knowledge: Knowledge of HTM, medical equipment maintenance, HSE, and infection control standards is highly preferred. • Core Competencies: Proven experience in team leadership, contractor management, and client relations. • Certifications: CFM, PMP, or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage.
