### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior POS Systems Engineer with strong hands-on experience in enterprise Point of Sale (POS) platforms, retail systems, and payment integrations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of POS applications, end-to-end integrations, and payment processing, along with the proven ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide strong hands-on expertise with modern enterprise POS platforms. • Leverage direct retail Point of Sale (POS) experience across core operations. • Apply deep understanding of POS applications and their integration with internal enterprise systems. • Utilize strong troubleshooting skills across end-to-end application and integration workflows. • Handle payment processing and payment integrations with solid domain understanding. • Troubleshoot payment systems, payment workflows, and related operational issues. • Take technical ownership and provide senior-level guidance and mentorship to the team. • Manage strong vendor relationships and drive effective cross-functional collaboration. • Troubleshoot complex POS application and integration issues extending beyond surface-level support. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven experience in enterprise retail POS platforms and retail technology. • ECRS is the client's current POS platform; however, ECRS experience is not mandatory—experience with other modern enterprise retail POS platforms is welcome. • Payments expertise is a major priority; candidate must be able to take full ownership of the payments domain. • Strong background in payment processing, integration, and gateway troubleshooting. • US Citizens only (USC Only). ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Andover, MA • Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (Local candidates only who are already local to Andover, MA) • Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire • Interview Process: Video Interview ### Application Instructions Please share your updated resume and LinkedIn profile to the provided contact email.
