• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Senior Linux Engineer for a 6+ months contract role (C2C & W2 basis, locals only) with strong expertise in enterprise Linux administration and automation. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform enterprise Linux system administration across Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems. - Manage systems using Red Hat Satellite. - Develop and maintain configuration management automation using Ansible and Puppet. - Write advanced Bash and Korn Shell scripts for task automation. - Handle Linux patch management, security compliance, and vulnerability remediation. - Conduct performance monitoring, log analysis, and complex troubleshooting. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required Skills: - 7-12 years of Linux System Administration experience. - Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). - Hands-on experience with Red Hat Satellite. - Strong knowledge of Ansible and Puppet. - Advanced Bash/Korn Shell scripting. - In-depth Linux patch management, security compliance, and vulnerability remediation skills. - Strong troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and log analysis skills.
