• Role & Company / Project Overview For an international leading digital platform, we are seeking an experienced Digital Content & Support Strategy Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on improving digital partner experiences. In this interim role, you will operate at the intersection of content, technology, AI, and customer experience. Your core mission will be to turn partner challenges into seamless digital self-service solutions, empowering users to find answers, resolve issues, and complete tasks independently within an international working environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Analyze digital support data, search behaviour, and user feedback. - Develop content strategies and provide data-driven briefs to content teams. - Optimize AI-powered virtual assistants and knowledge bases. - Build personalized communication campaigns using web banners and email journeys. - Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital analytics tools. - Set up and evaluate A/B tests and digital experiments. - Coordinate cross-functional projects and drive improvements independently. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Content Strategy, Digital Support, Customer Experience, or Marketing Technology. - Proven experience working with self-service platforms, help centers, or knowledge management. - Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG frameworks. - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Snowflake. - Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered a strong plus. - Demonstrated experience in A/B testing, personalization, and project management. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Position Type: Interim - Work Environment: International - Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Submit your CV or reach out directly to express interest.
