### Role & Company / Project Overview The Fern Amritsar GT Road, Series by Marriott is seeking an IT Executive / Assistant Manager to manage information technology operations, infrastructure, and technical support across the property. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Oversee hotel IT systems, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, and server environments • Support and maintain Property Management Systems (PMS), POS software, and internal hardware • Provide immediate technical support and troubleshooting for hotel staff, administrative offices, and guest systems • Ensure data security, routine system backups, software updates, and adherence to IT compliance policies ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Relevant background and experience in IT support and systems administration, preferably within hospitality • Familiarity with hotel PMS, POS systems, network administration, and hardware troubleshooting • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Amritsar, Punjab, India (The Fern Amritsar GT Road) • Work Type: Onsite property role ### Application Instructions Interested candidates may apply by sending an updated CV to the property HR team.
