Role & Company / Project Overview: • Company: Royal Orchid Hotels & Resorts / Regenta Forest Resort • Department: Information Technology • Role: IT Executive • Dedicated to managing property IT systems, networking, hotel software, hardware, and guest connectivity. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Maintain hotel property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and related resort software. • Manage guest and administrative Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, printers, and workstation hardware. • Troubleshoot IT hardware and network glitches, install software updates, and ensure data security. • Support staff and guests with technical queries and network issues. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant technical field. • Prior experience in IT support, networking, and hotel IT infrastructure. • Proficient knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, local networking, and system administration.
