### Role & Company / Project Overview Retal Group is hiring an experienced Architectural Technical Manager to join BCC in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role sits within the Construction / Contracting industry and requires deep technical leadership. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide technical leadership and multidisciplinary coordination across project phases. • Manage, review, and oversee the production of Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. • Ensure full adherence to architectural and building standards across all contracting operations. • Collaborate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design and technical accuracy. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 20+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a major contracting company. • Strong expertise in IFC, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. • Sound knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and applicable Saudi national standards. • Excellent technical leadership and multidisciplinary coordination skills. • PMP certification is preferred. • Transferable visa is required. • Maximum 1-month notice period. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. • Workplace Type: Onsite contracting/construction setup. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates must submit an updated CV via email directly to HR.
