• Role & Company / Project Overview: TEK Inspirations is hiring freshers for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE) in US Staffing to kick-start their professional career. This is a full-time, entry-level sales and recruitment role based out of the company's Agra office. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Engage in business development, sales, and client interactions for US staffing and recruitment services. - Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and coordination in alignment with US market schedules. - Learn and execute end-to-end US recruitment and sales workflows under team mentorship. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Any Graduate. - Experience: Freshers welcome / No prior experience required. - Good communication skills. - Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn. - Genuine interest in sales and client interaction. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh (Work From Office). - Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (US Night Shift). - Working Days: 5 Days per week (Saturday and Sunday OFF). • Compensation & Benefits: - Attractive Incentives. - Both-Side Cab Facility. - Meal Facility. - PF, ESIC & Health Insurance coverage. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their CV or reach out directly to the recruitment team.
