• Role & Company / Project Overview: TEK Inspirations LLC is hiring for US IT Recruiters in Agra. We currently have 30+ openings and actively welcome freshers to join our recruitment and talent acquisition team. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment and staffing processes. - Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidate profiles across various US job portals and platforms. - Coordinate interviews and facilitate recruitment workflows. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Freshers are eligible and encouraged to apply. - Good communication skills. - Strong willingness to learn and grow in the US staffing industry. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM). - Work Mode: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC benefits. - 6% Gross Profit Incentives. - Both-side cab facility provided. - Meals provided during the shift. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can apply by forwarding their profile or calling the recruitment desk.
