Role & Company / Project Overview: Tek Inspirations is actively hiring freshers for the Business Development Executive (BDE) position based in Agra. The role is focused on driving business growth, client outreach, and relationship building for US market services. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct outreach and engage potential clients in the US market. • Identify business development opportunities and generate quality leads. • Present company staffing solutions and services to international prospects. • Coordinate with internal teams to align on client recruitment requirements. • Maintain client database, documentation, and follow-up activities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Freshers eligible. • Graduates preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Confident, client-focused demeanor with an eagerness to learn sales and business development. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Work Mode: WFO (Work From Office). • Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift / Night Shift). • Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days working).
