### Role & Company / Project Overview Nangia & Co LLP has 20 openings for SBM Project Associates under the Clean Himalayan and Hill Cities Initiative (CHHCI), Swachh Bharat Mission – Urban 2.0 (SBM-U 2.0), Government of Tripura. Associates will be deployed on the ground to manage local implementation, community engagement, and infrastructure tracking. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Assist in the ground-level execution and operational supervision of SBM-U 2.0 solid waste management and sanitation initiatives. - Facilitate community mobilization, citizen awareness drives, and public outreach campaigns for sustainable waste disposal. - Conduct site inspections, monitor local civil/infrastructure works, and coordinate with municipal field staff. - Compile ground-level data, track daily activity progress, and report findings to the PMU team specialists. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Graduate in any discipline (a few candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering). - Experience: 2+ years of experience in solid waste management (SWM), urban infrastructure, or community mobilisation. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Tripura (Agartala and designated project locations across Tripura). - Deployment: 20 openings; full-time deployment in Tripura.
