Role & Company / Project Overview: JANSETU – PR & Campaign Management Agency is hiring a proactive Field Associate to join the team and serve as the ground force for on-ground research, campaign coordination, and field operations to connect ideas and create impact. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct field visits and connect with target voters, communities, and stakeholders. • Collect ground-level feedback and key insights directly from the community. • Support campaign activities, rallies, meetings, and outreach programs. • Coordinate with the team for the smooth execution of field operations. • Prepare and submit regular reports, updates, and data gathered from the field. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preference for candidates from Mass Communication, Political Science, or Journalism). • Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience; freshers are also eligible and welcome to apply. • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. • Basic knowledge of local areas and public interaction. • Strong willingness to travel and work on the field. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
