Role & Company / Project Overview: Spektra Global is seeking a driven, experienced Project Manager with a passion for construction, leadership, and delivering projects to the highest standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines and resources, overseeing project teams, and ensuring construction projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. • Supervise site engineers and coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Coordinate comprehensive project activities, managing timelines and resource allocations. • Oversee multidisciplinary project teams to ensure efficient and safe project execution. • Provide routine progress updates and reports to senior management and project stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Above 5 years of proven construction project management experience. • Certified Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI); PMP certification is preferred. • Demonstrated proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project). • Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
