• Role & Company / Project Overview: Join Interstyle and help grow the Febal Casa and Vondom brands in Nigeria. We are seeking an experienced Brands Manager based in Abuja who is passionate about luxury interiors, design excellence, and building lasting client partnerships. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive and lead sales and business development efforts for Febal Casa and Vondom brands. - Supervise and advance client and project pipelines. - Coach and empower the sales team to ensure high performance. - Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, starting from showroom visits through to final installation. - Oversee high-value luxury interior projects and negotiate client agreements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - At least 3 years of professional experience in luxury furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, or interior solutions. - Proven track record in sales along with direct experience managing high-value projects. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Working knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and architectural drawings. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. - Onsite / Showroom based. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested applicants should submit their CV via email to the primary contact and copy the secondary email contact.
