### Role & Company / Project Overview A premier luxury hospitality establishment in Abuja seeks an engaging, charismatic Food & Beverage Promoter / Guest Engagement Officer to join its team. The professional will be responsible for enhancing guest interactions, promoting culinary offerings, and upholding elevated service standards across dining and beverage outlets. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Actively promote food and beverage menus, daily specials, dining events, and beverage promotions to hotel guests and visitors. • Engage guests warmly to provide exceptional customer service, taking note of guest preferences and feedback. • Drive awareness and revenue generation for the property's dining, lounge, and bar facilities. • Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest dining journeys and world-class hospitality. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Background in hospitality, guest relations, customer service, or food & beverage sales promotion. • Relevant experience in the luxury hospitality industry is an advantage. • High standard of personal presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, and dedication to service excellence. • Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively and engage guests professionally. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. • Work Model: Onsite role within the hospitality property. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary package consistent with luxury hotel industry standards. ### Application Instructions • Qualified applicants should send their updated CV via email, indicating the position applied for in the email subject line.
