• Role & Company / Project Overview SEHA CLINICS is hiring an experienced Health Center Manager to lead clinic operations, drive business performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead the strategic and operational management of the health center to achieve business objectives and operational targets. - Monitor operational performance, analyse business outcomes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with SEHA policies, HAAD regulatory requirements, quality standards, and key performance indicators. - Manage and develop the administrative and general services team, ensuring efficient service delivery and effective communication. - Build strong relationships with consultants, patients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders. - Monitor market trends and support local marketing initiatives to enhance clinic performance and reputation. - Oversee staff training, performance management, and professional development. - Promote a culture of quality, risk management, patient-centered care, and operational excellence. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical, or a related field. Alternatively, a relevant diploma with three additional years of experience. - 6 to 8 years of relevant progressive experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience. - Experience in a large healthcare facility is preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. • Application Instructions - Share updated resume with the subject line 'Health Center Manager'.
