Role & Company / Project Overview: Smart Global Cleaning Services L.L.C S.P.C is looking for a motivated and professional Cleaning Team Leader / Supervisor to join their growing team and lead a dedicated cleaning team at a medical center in Abu Dhabi. The company focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and healthy environments under the motto 'Cleaner Spaces | Healthier Tomorrow'. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead, supervise, and motivate an on-site team of at least 5 cleaning staff members. • Ensure high-quality cleaning and sanitation services are consistently delivered across the facility. • Maintain strict adherence to cleaning standards, protocols, and safety procedures. • Oversee daily cleaning operations, team scheduling, and task delegation. • Resolve operational issues promptly and uphold hygiene guidelines suitable for healthcare environments. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cleaning services. • Experience working in hospitals or medical centers is strongly preferred. • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and workplace safety procedures. • Proven ability to effectively manage, mentor, and motivate a team. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Medical center in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. • Work Mode: On-site.
