Role & Company / Project Overview: Dr. Firas Dental & Orthodontic Center is hiring a motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to join the team at their Al Rahba Branch in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee and manage daily healthcare facility operations. • Handle staff coordination and support seamless inter-departmental collaboration. • Ensure smooth, high-quality, and efficient healthcare service delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hospital front office or healthcare operations. • Proven background in hospital or healthcare facility operations. • Previous working experience in a JCI-accredited hospital is preferred. • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
