• Role & Company / Project Overview: Havana Medical Center is hiring an experienced, motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join their healthcare and medical team based in Dubai, UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Coordinate, mentor, and support the dental assistant team across daily clinic operations. - Assist dentists during dental examinations, clinical treatments, and procedures. - Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and treatment rooms in strict compliance with infection control protocols. - Ensure smooth patient flow, maintain clinical records, and uphold high standards of patient care and safety. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Prior hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant is essential. - Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. - Strong practical knowledge of dental procedures, clinical instruments, and infection control standards. - Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. - Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred. - Candidates with immediate availability are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Full-time on-site clinic operations. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should email their updated CV directly to the HR department, mentioning "Dental Assistant – Dubai" in the application subject line.
