Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: • Hiring an L2 Support Engineer (On-Ground Floor Walk Support) based in Abu Dhabi, UAE for a contract-based position (extendable). • Domain: IT Infrastructure & End-User Computing (EUC) / Microsoft 365 Cloud Support. • Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide onsite L2 floor-walking support during Microsoft 365 migration, cutover, and hypercare phases. • Handle incident resolution and technical escalation effectively during floor walk support. • Perform Windows device builds, resets, domain joins, and Microsoft Entra ID device join/rejoin processes. • Troubleshoot and configure Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. • Troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID authentication, MFA registration, and Conditional Access policies. • Manage Microsoft Intune device enrollment, compliance checks, and endpoint management. • Handle technical exposure and provisioning tasks related to Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Purview. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 support, deployment, or migration projects. • Proven knowledge of Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams troubleshooting and configuration. • Hands-on experience with Windows device builds, resets, domain joins, and Microsoft Entra ID device join/rejoin processes. • Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID authentication, MFA registration, and Conditional Access troubleshooting. • Required knowledge of Microsoft Intune device enrollment, compliance checks, and endpoint management. • Technical exposure to Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Purview. • Mandatory delivery capability for onsite L2 floor-walking support during migration, cutover, and hypercare phases.
