• Role & Company / Project Overview Star Services is hiring an Operator Roller to supervise and operate rolling equipment in the Rolling Mill Operations department in the UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Operate rolling stands, control roll gaps, speeds, and guides to produce steel products meeting precise dimensional tolerances. - Monitor section dimensions, surface quality, and temperature profiles throughout the rolling sequence. - Diagnose rolling anomalies, adjust parameters, and collaborate with mill maintenance teams during changes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 3 years of related experience as a Roller Operator in the rolling mill department of a steel company (mandatory requirement). - Thorough operational knowledge of rolling mill control systems, gauges, and steel quality standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time plant operations in the United Arab Emirates. • Application Instructions Forward your CV via email or WhatsApp, stating the exact position title in the subject line.
