Role & Company / Project Overview: TASK US is hiring a French Customer Support Representative to work on a leading Food Delivery account at Skywalk Business Park in 6th of October. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide customer support and assistance for a major Food Delivery account in fluent French • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations via phone/support channels • Work collaboratively in rotational shifts in an on-site contact center environment Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Full French fluency is mandatory • Comfortable working rotational shifts • Customer support or food delivery experience is a plus • Must pass the assessment process: French Language Test, English Language Test (for non-English LOBs), Typing Test, and PC Skills Test Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Type: On-site position • Shift: Rotational shifts • Location: TASK US, Skywalk Business Park, 6th of October, Giza Governorate, Egypt • Transportation: 24/7 transportation provided Compensation & Benefits: • Salary up to EGP 32,000 Gross • 24/7 Transportation Provided • Medical & Social Insurance Application Instructions: Interested candidates can submit their CV via email or WhatsApp, along with a 2-minute voice note in both French and English introducing themselves and discussing their education and work experience.
