Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Fuel Line Manager for operations in Zambia, recruited via Ahmedabad. The position centers specifically on fuel systems, petroleum infrastructure, and mechanical fuel setups. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage fuel lines, piping, fittings, joints, seals, and tank-to-dispenser connections. • Supervise fuel line installation, site upgrades, pressure testing, and leak detection. • Troubleshoot fuel flow issues, low pressure, airlocks, and dispenser breakdowns. • Oversee fuel dispensers, pumps, hoses, valves, meters, and calibration. • Ensure safe working practices and compliance with fuel site safety procedures. • Guide technicians and coordinate maintenance activities across stations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 to 8 years of experience in fuel systems, petroleum, or fuel station infrastructure. • Strong hands-on knowledge of fuel lines, piping systems, tanks, and dispensers. • Experience in installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting. • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field preferred. • Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills. • Note: This role focuses on fuel lines and mechanical fuel systems, not forecourt automation or POS/ATG system integration. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Zambia (Recruiting location: Ahmedabad). • Work Arrangement: Onsite fuel station / infrastructure management.
