Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced ERP Odoo Developer to join our team and develop functional, efficient, and high-quality ERP solutions that align with business needs. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Analyze business requirements and propose effective alternative solutions. • Design, develop, and customize Odoo applications & modules. • Develop efficient back-end features using Python. • Help design and implement functional requirements. • Integrate front-end components into applications. • Manage testing, debugging, and bug fixing. • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation. • Implement software enhancements and suggest system improvements. • Develop applications and features based on business requirements. • Coach and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Solid experience as an Odoo Developer. • Strong knowledge of Python & core programming concepts. • Good knowledge of Odoo Framework & ERP systems. • Knowledge of SAP Framework is considered an advantage. • Knowledge of Linux-based Operating Systems. • Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Bottle. • Familiarity with AWS & REST API. • Good understanding of Databases & SQL. • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks is a plus. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. • Good leadership and teamwork capabilities. • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
