Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a skilled, experienced, and motivated IT Application Development Project Manager to join our team in Hlaing Township, Yangon. The role requires a strong background in IT application development, project management experience, and Japanese language proficiency. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage IT application development projects end-to-end. • Assist the team with overall technical build planning and actively monitor project progress. • Explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Drive effective teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and maintain high standards of delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT application system development as an IT professional. • At least 2+ years of experience managing IT application development projects. • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in IT-based project management. • Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills. • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude. • Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N2 or above is mandatory. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon, Myanmar. • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. • Working Days: Monday – Friday. • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
