Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Unite Resourcing is seeking experienced Crusher Fitters to join leading operations maintaining crushing and screening plant during peak production across clients' teams in the resources and mining sectors in Western Australia. The role focuses on keeping fixed and mobile crushing circuits safe and available through planned maintenance, shutdowns, and responding quickly to breakdowns. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs on crushing and screening plant, including jaw and cone crushers, screens, feeders, and conveyors. - Replace wear parts such as liners, screen decks, belts, idlers, and chute liners. - Fault-find and repair breakdowns to keep the plant running. - Complete planned maintenance and shutdown work. - Follow isolation, lockout, and tagout procedures and complete maintenance records. - Work closely with plant operators and supervisors to meet production targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Trade certificate: Cert III Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitter) or equivalent (essential). - Crushing and screening plant experience highly regarded. - Working at heights and confined space tickets (TBC). - EWP, forklift, or overhead crane tickets highly regarded (TBC). - Current driver's licence. - Australian working rights required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Multiple site opportunities across Western Australia. - Roster: 2:1 FIFO/DIDO roster (e.g. 14 days on / 7 days off). - Shifts: Day and night shift rotation. • Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: Up to $75.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. • Application Instructions: Send your resume to Unite Resourcing or get in touch today to find out more.
