• Role & Company / Project Overview: Zeal Personnel connects top-tier tradespeople with quality projects across Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced All-Round Mobile Plant Operator for a Goldfields mining production project operating on a FIFO basis ex-Perth. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Operate mobile plant machinery in a mining earthworks production environment. - Excavators (up to 50t). - Dozers (D8 / D9 size). - Graders (Komatsu 655-5 or CAT 140 equivalent). - Dump Trucks (CAT 745 Articulated Trucks). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 12 months proven production earthworks experience in a mining environment. - Current WA Drivers Licence (HR preferred, C-Class minimum). - Construction Induction Card (White Card). - Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) and regular Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS). - National Police Clearance (NPC). - Candidates with a current medical (Spiro/Audio/Physio) and NPC completed within the last 6 months will be highly regarded for fast mobilisation. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Travel: FIFO ex-Perth. - Location: Goldfields, Western Australia. - Roster: Favorable 2&1 Day Shift ONLY (No night shift rotation). - Start Date: Immediate / Mobilising within the next 2 weeks. • Compensation & Benefits: - Pay Rate: $60.00 – $65.00/hr + super. • Application Instructions: Email your updated resume or apply directly online.
