### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced C++ Linux Developer for an immediate opening located onsite in Waukesha, WI. In this role, you will develop and maintain high-performance, reliable software solutions designed for regulated medical devices. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop, optimize, and maintain performance-critical, reliable software solutions for regulated medical devices. - Write clean, robust, and modern C++ code for Linux application development and embedded systems. - Implement multithreading and concurrency mechanisms to ensure optimal performance. - Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. - Conduct Linux debugging, system troubleshooting, and performance analysis using GDB. - Build and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting. - Integrate and manage version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, CMake, and GNU Make. - Collaborate across engineering teams using JIRA and Confluence. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8 to 15 years of relevant software engineering experience. - Strong C++ development experience (C++11, C++14, C++17). - Demonstrated background in Linux application development and embedded systems. - Hands-on expertise in multithreading and concurrency. - Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns. - Proficient in Linux debugging, performance analysis, and GDB. - Experience with Shell scripting, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows. - Build system expertise with CMake and GNU Make. - Familiarity with tracking and documentation tools (JIRA and Confluence). ### Preferred Experience - Medical Devices and Healthcare Software domain experience. - Experience with Medical Imaging or Diagnostic Systems. - Background developing FDA-regulated products. - Familiarity with regulatory standards such as IEC 62304 and ISO 13485. - Knowledge of Medical Device Cybersecurity. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin (Onsite). - Start Date: Immediate availability. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates who have experience developing reliable, performance-critical Linux applications are encouraged to apply by submitting an updated resume through the designated contact email.
