• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a Jr. Scrum Master + Business Analyst with strong Agile delivery experience and a background in the Financial Services / Private Equity domain for a full-time position. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to support effective sprint execution. - Identify and help remove impediments impacting sprint goals. - Promote Agile principles, Scrum best practices, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers and facilitate timely resolution. - Work closely with business and technology stakeholders in a Private Equity / Financial Services environment. - Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and financial-domain stakeholders. - Support backlog refinement and ensure clarity around priorities and deliverables. - Coach team members on Agile practices and encourage accountability and continuous improvement. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 4–6 Years of relevant professional experience. - Scrum certification required. - Strong understanding of the Financial Services / Financial domain. - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments. - Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. - Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Washington, D.C. - Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite at client location) - Employment Type: Full Time • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume for consideration.
