### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for a Scrum Master position supporting a Discovery Team on a W2 requirement. The role acts as an ambassador for the project internally and externally, serving as the primary contact for queries related to the Discovery phase. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Facilitate all scrum events. • Ensure the Discovery Team delivers stories and designs within the designated timeline. • Encourage and enable self-organization within the Discovery Team. • Coach Discovery team members as and when needed. • Create continuous improvement initiatives as an outcome from retrospectives. • Partner with Product Owners, Program or Project Managers to communicate status of deliverables and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness. • Collaborate with Business Architects, Product Owner, UX Designers, and Tech/Engineering Leads to drive the discovery scope and planning conversations. • Execute Discovery process as a Scrum Master and manage/run multivendor/employee scrum teams. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. • CSM certification preferred. • Eligibility: Only US Citizens are considerable (W2 Requirement). • Experience in executing Discovery process as a Scrum. • Demonstrated experience working in an onsite-offshore model. • Experience working in Banking/Financial Domain. • Strong communication skills. • Extensive experience working in JIRA; experience with the Roadmap plugin feature is preferred. • Solid understanding of Agile, cross-team collaboration, and status reporting. • Candidate must be local (Locals Only). ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Minneapolis, MN. • Work arrangement: Hybrid / Onsite (4 days onsite per week at the Minneapolis, MN office on premise). ### Compensation & Benefits • W2 engagement; salary/rate not explicitly stated. ### Application Instructions • Interested and eligible candidates are requested to send their updated resume via email.
