• Role & Company / Project Overview GDX HR Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting Retention Executives for Microscan in Virar West. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Contact customers regarding renewals, retention, and collection/recovery - Persuade customers to continue subscriptions and resolve customer concerns - Handle negotiations and retain existing accounts • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 6+ Months of Recovery / Collection / Retention experience required - Persuasive communication skills and active customer-handling ability - Openings: 7 Openings • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Virar West, Palghar / Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Maharashtra, India - Full-time day/rotational BPO shift • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 per month • Application Instructions - Send updated CV + Preferred Location + Current/Last CTC to the recruiter phone number.
