• Role & Company / Project Overview GDX HR Pvt. Ltd. has immediate openings for ICICI NPS (National Pension System) BPO process in Malad. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding ICICI NPS pension products - Assist customers with account information, onboarding, and advisory support - Provide accurate information and maintain CRM records • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Educational Qualification: HSC or Graduate - Experience: Minimum 6+ Months BPO Experience required - Clear communication and good customer support abilities - Openings: 50 Openings • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Regular BPO shift • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month • Application Instructions - Send updated CV, preferred location, and current/last CTC to the provided phone number.
