• Role & Company / Project Overview: Staffrex is seeking an Executive Host / Guest Experience Executive to deliver top-tier guest handling and front-of-house service at a café setup on Bandar Road, Vijayawada. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Welcome guests warmly, provide hospitable customer service, and handle guest inquiries. - Coordinate table seatings and maintain an engaging, positive atmosphere. - Manage guest interaction and handle feedback effectively with professional grooming. - Support team members in front-of-house hospitality operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 1 to 3 years of experience in Café, Restaurant, Hotel, Front Office, or Customer Service roles. - Freshers possessing excellent communication skills, high confidence, and pleasant personality may also apply. - Good proficiency in Telugu along with conversational English. - Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and positive attitude. - Strong guest-handling, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification is preferred. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bandar Road, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. - Onsite fast-paced café setup. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month. • Application Instructions: - Share your updated CV via WhatsApp or send an email indicating the exact role.
