Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Staffrex Global Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Café Chef / Cook who can independently manage day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain consistent food quality. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare food according to the café menu and standards • Maintain taste, quality and presentation consistency • Manage daily preparation and mise en place • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food-safety standards • Monitor ingredients, stock and wastage • Coordinate with service/host team during busy hours • Maintain proper portion control • Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen discipline • Support menu trials and new-item preparation Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2–4 years of experience in Café / QSR / Restaurant / Hotel kitchens • Hands-on experience in café-style food preparation • Experience with snacks, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, pizza, fries, starters, etc. • Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety • Strong understanding of portion control and presentation • Ability to independently handle daily kitchen operations • Telugu preferred; basic English communication is an advantage • Candidates with new café / outlet opening experience preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Type: Full-Time • Work Location: Bandar Road, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh • Immediate Joining Preferred Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Application Instructions: WhatsApp your CV or email your resume.
