Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent opening for Senior Agency Manager (SAM) in the Base Agency Channel to lead agency sales operations and channel distribution in Insurance / BFSI. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and scale agency sales operations across the assigned territory. - Strategically recruit high-performing financial advisors and agency partners. - Manage advisor development, motivation, activation, and sales performance. - Oversee business development, cross-selling, and revenue generation goals. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven background and experience in Insurance / BFSI / Agency Channel / Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation / Cross-selling. - Strong preference for candidates with proven advisor recruitment and advisor management experience. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Role Type: Full-time Onsite. - Location: Vapi, Gujarat, India. Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: CTC ₹3.00 LPA to ₹4.20 LPA. - Additional Perks: Mobile Reimbursement and Travelling Allowance.
