Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Relevant experience in Insurance / BFSI / Agency Channel / Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation / Cross-selling. - Prior experience in advisor recruitment and advisor management is preferred. - Strong sales, communication, and business development capabilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Role Type: Full-time Onsite. - Location: Vapi, Gujarat, India. Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: CTC ₹3.00 LPA to ₹4.20 LPA. - Additional Perks: Mobile Reimbursement and Travelling Allowance.
