Role & Company / Project Overview: Miracle HR Solution is hiring an Operation Manager for a manufacturing plant located in Vadodara, Gujarat. This role entails managing comprehensive plant operations, coordinating departments, and driving operational excellence within the power equipment/transformer manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage overall plant operations and oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities. • Coordinate closely across cross-functional departments including Production, QA, Testing, Stores, PPC, and Dispatch. • Ensure the timely achievement of plant production targets and operational benchmarks. • Oversee manpower management and optimize resource utilization across the facility. • Maintain strict adherence to organizational safety regulations and operational quality standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Background: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • Total Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. • Industry Preference: Prior work experience in the Transformer or Power Equipment manufacturing industry. • Key Skills: Operations and plant management, leadership and team handling, KPI management, production planning and coordination, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Vadodara, Gujarat. • Number of Vacancies: 1 Position. • Full-time manufacturing plant schedule. Compensation & Benefits: • Offered CTC: ₹6,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per annum (₹6–8 LPA).
