Role & Company / Project Overview Solvix Cleantech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Solar SCADA Engineer to join the Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team at the Vadodara Head Office, Gujarat. The role focuses on ensuring higher plant performance through smart monitoring, data analysis, and quick issue resolution to maximize solar performance and secure long-term ROI. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Monitor solar plant performance through SCADA and remote monitoring systems/platforms. • Analyze generation data, Performance Ratio (PR), Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF), and identify underperforming plants or underperformance issues. • Troubleshoot SCADA, inverter communication, RTU, and data logger issues (RTU, Data Logger, etc.). • Coordinate with site teams for fault resolution, preventive actions, and minimizing downtime. • Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly SCADA performance reports and analysis. • Support in commissioning, system integration, and new plant onboarding. • Work closely with O&M and technical teams to support plant availability and overall performance improvement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a relevant field (M.E. / M.Tech preferred). • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Solar SCADA monitoring and O&M, with exposure to utility / C&I solar power plants. • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Solar SCADA systems (e.g., Sungrow, Huawei, GoodWe, Solis, Delta, etc.) and inverter monitoring. • Knowledge of RTU, Data Logger, and communication protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, etc.). • Experience in inverter monitoring, fault analysis, and generation reporting. • Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel (Power BI preferred). • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
