Job description

Solarworld Energy Solutions is hiring an Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Performance Analyst to join their Asset Management team at the Head Office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with approximately 40% travel to asset management sites. Candidates must hold a Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, EEE, or equivalent technical stream, along with 2 to 6 years of experience in Solar O&M, performance analysis, or asset management. Key skills required include Solar PV, SCADA, performance analysis, advanced Excel, and data analytics. Core responsibilities include monitoring plant PR, CUF, generation, and availability, analyzing SCADA and performance data to identify losses, conducting root-cause analysis, building daily/monthly performance dashboards, and coordinating with O&M teams for efficiency improvement initiatives.
