• Role & Company / Project Overview: Effective Reserves is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across a network of dealers. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Create, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. - Optimize campaign budgets, audience targeting, creatives, and performance. - Track leads, conversions, cost per lead (CPL), and campaign results. - Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and marketing content. - Create or adapt creatives using Canva or similar tools. - Test different audiences, offers, and messaging to improve results. - Replicate successful campaigns across multiple dealers and locations. - Use AI tools, templates, and marketing systems to work efficiently. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. - Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation. - Ability to write effective advertising copy. - Basic creative skills using Canva or similar tools. - Analytical thinking and a results-oriented approach. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns in an organized manner. - Added Advantage: Experience with Google Ads, CRM systems, AI content tools, or home-improvement/local-service marketing. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Vadodara, Gujarat. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Send updated resume along with a short description of your Meta Ads experience and campaign results if available.
