Role & Company / Project Overview AWS America has an urgent requirement for an experienced Technical Data Lead (Job ID: SLSL53256) with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Architecture, enterprise-scale data migration, Azure Data Engineering, and cloud modernization. This is a critical technical leadership role managing complex migration programs. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead complex Salesforce data migration initiatives across the enterprise. • Architect scalable Azure-based data integration solutions and cloud architectures. • Manage high-volume data transfers and end-to-end migration pipelines. • Ensure stringent data accuracy, security, data quality, and high performance throughout migrations. • Guide and mentor technical teams while actively collaborating with key business stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 15+ years of experience in Data Management, Migration & Integration. • 8+ years of dedicated experience in Salesforce Data Architecture & Migration. • 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure Data Platforms. • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader, Bulk API, and Org-to-Org Migration. • Strong background in Salesforce Data Modeling & Architecture. • Expert-level knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and Azure Data Lake. • Proven capability in ETL/ELT Pipeline Design & Development. • Experience utilizing Databricks, Kafka, MuleSoft, and Integration Middleware. • Deep knowledge of relational databases: SQL Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, and T-SQL. • Comprehensive background in Data Mapping, Transformation, Reconciliation & Governance. • Direct experience delivering Enterprise-Scale Migration involving millions of records and large file repository migrations. • Expertise in Cloud Modernization and Enterprise System Integration. • Demonstrated technical leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. • Work Authorization: US Citizens & Green Card Holders Only.
