Role & Company / Project Overview: Zodiac HRC is urgently hiring an experienced Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a remote contract engagement in the USA. The candidate must possess strong hands-on expertise in Workday configuration, implementation, enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead Workday configuration, implementation, and enhancement activities • Support Workday modules including HCM, Financials, Payroll, Reporting, Security, or Integrations • Gather business requirements and drive process improvements • Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for production issues • Manage Workday integrations and provide comprehensive application support • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment • Maintain stakeholder collaboration and produce detailed functional documentation Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8 to 10+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on Workday technical and functional expertise • Proven experience in enterprise Workday implementations or support • Relevant Workday certifications are preferred • Strong analytical and communication skills • Valid US Work Authorization required Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Remote – USA • Contract Duration: 4–5 Months • Expected Start Date: January 2027 Application Instructions: • Candidates must share an updated resume and screening responses (Total Experience, Hands-on Workday Experience, Workday Modules/Primary Expertise, Implementation/Configuration/Support Experience, Integration & SIT/UAT Experience, Current Location, US Work Authorization, Availability to Start in January 2027, and Expected Hourly Rate) via DM or email.
