• Role & Company / Project Overview MetaSoft Inc. is actively hiring a Senior Automation Developer / Infrastructure Engineer for end client BNSF Railway Company. This role targets a software-minded infrastructure and platform engineer who can write code to build, automate, and operate infrastructure at scale, combining strong software development skills with deep infrastructure engineering expertise. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build greenfield applications, robust automation frameworks, and modern development environments. - Perform end-to-end infrastructure engineering, including provisioning, configuration management, deployment, and operational automation. - Develop tools, automated pipelines, and frameworks to automate complex infrastructure and platform operations. - Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and orchestration systems. - Own, manage, and support shared infrastructure and foundational platform services. - Bridge and optimize interactions across applications, infrastructure, networking layers, databases, and deployment pipelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong programming skills in .NET, Java, Python, or C++. - Excellent hands-on experience with SQL Server and backend database technologies. - Demonstrated experience building greenfield applications and automation frameworks. - Extensive background in infrastructure engineering, provisioning, and operational automation. - Solid understanding and experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, containers, and orchestration. - Ability to comprehend the holistic relationship between code, infrastructure, network architecture, and databases. - Preferred: Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS / Azure). - Preferred: AI/ML exposure. - Preferred: Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps automation practices. - Eligibility / Visa: USC / Green Card Only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: 100% Remote. - Engagement options: C2C / W2. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested and eligible candidates should submit their updated resume for consideration.
