Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced D365 F&O Technical Consultant for an exciting W2 Contract opportunity with Cognizant through TechDigital Corporation. The role is 100% remote, requiring full accommodation of Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours. The candidate must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct gap analysis and comprehensive requirements gathering. - Participate in blueprinting workshops and deliver functional proof of concepts. - Define technical best practices and rigorously oversee all development activities. - Coordinate closely with cross-functional and technical project teams. - Develop and maintain integration strategy plans across systems. - Evaluate ISV solutions and guide their end-to-end technical implementation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 12+ years of IT and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience. - Minimum of 3 to 5 full end-to-end D365 implementations completed. - Proven track record evaluating ISV solutions. - Demonstrated technical team management and leadership capabilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. - Deep technical expertise in X++ coding, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, and D365 F&O architecture. - Extensive experience in development and customization of SSRS and out-of-the-box reports. - Proven skill in real-time and batch integrations with external applications leveraging REST APIs and EDI integrations. - Strong working knowledge of Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Microsoft Sure Step methodology. - Hands-on practical experience handling deployments, platform upgrades, and multi-tier environment management. - Proficiency in DevOps setup, CI/CD automated deployment pipelines, and code migration procedures. - Strong understanding of D365 F&O implementation best practices. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Fully Remote (Must accommodate EST working hours). - Employment Type: Contract – W2 Only. - Client: Cognizant. • Application Instructions Interested candidates who fit the profile are requested to submit an updated resume.
