• Role & Company / Project Overview Cognowiz Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Functional Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) for a manufacturing industry client. The role will lead functional workstreams and support comprehensive ERP solution delivery. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead functional workstreams and oversee ERP solution delivery for enterprise initiatives. - Support ERP implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance activities. - Analyze complex business challenges and recommend effective system and process solutions. - Address business requirements across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and operations. - Work closely with finance business processes and facilitate ERP system integrations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). - 7+ years of ERP implementation, enhancement, and support experience. - Demonstrated experience leading functional workstreams and ERP solution delivery. - Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and operations. - Solid knowledge of financial business processes and ERP integrations. - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges and recommend effective system and process solutions. - Manufacturing industry experience is a mandatory must-have. - Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing certifications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time only (No contractors). - Location: Addison, TX (Dallas, TX). - Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week in Addison, TX). - Final Interview: Must be attended onsite in Addison, TX. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resumes for review.
