• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with extensive hands-on expertise in production support, application maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for a long-term contract role. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver dedicated L2 and L3 production support and application maintenance. - Perform in-depth debugging, system troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). - Provide incident management and rapid resolution of production-level issues. - Execute application performance monitoring, alerting, and performance improvements. - Manage Linux/Unix environments, deployment support, and system maintenance. - Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and REST APIs & Web Services. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 10+ years of professional software development and production support experience. - Core technical expertise in Ruby & Ruby on Rails. - Strong expertise in L2/L3 Production Support, Incident Management, and Application Maintenance. - Strong knowledge of SQL with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. - Proficient in REST APIs, Web Services, Linux/Unix systems, and deployment workflows. - Proven capability in debugging, troubleshooting, RCA, and application performance monitoring. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working mode: 100% Remote. - Employment type: Contract (C2C / C2H). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to submit their updated resume via direct message or email to the recruiter.
