Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a Legacy Modernization Service Offering Lead (Director Level) based in the USA to drive strategy, productization, and go-to-market initiatives for enterprise modernization services across North America. This leadership role combines technology leadership, product management, presales, and innovation to help enterprise organizations transform legacy platforms into modern, cloud-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive strategy, productization, and go-to-market initiatives for enterprise legacy modernization services across North America • Lead modernization initiatives with a core focus on Mainframe and Legacy Modernization as well as AI/GenAI-enabled modernization • Partner closely with Sales, Presales, Architects, and Delivery teams to architect and deliver strategic modernization offerings • Provide technology leadership, product management direction, and presales support to transform legacy platforms into cloud-ready solutions Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Director-level leadership experience • Extensive experience in application modernization and enterprise architecture • In-depth technical background with legacy platforms including COBOL, CICS, DB2, and IMS • Deep expertise in cloud technologies and the broader modernization tool ecosystems • Strong track record in modernization strategy, legacy transformation, and AI-powered modernization solutions Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: United States (USA-Based) Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation commensurate with director-level scope (details upon discussion) Application Instructions: Qualified candidates are invited to connect and submit their profiles via email.
