### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced iOS and Android Mobile Developer based in LATAM skilled in AI-assisted development workflows. In this role, you will take a mobile application from initial setup all the way to app store deployment, partnering closely with our Lead Developer and Backend Developer to deliver a seamless product. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Take the mobile application lifecycle from initial setup to full App Store and Google Play deployment. • Partner effectively with the Lead Developer and Backend Developer to build and ship high-quality features. • Work with offline-first sync architecture, user authentication, push notifications, and camera capture capabilities. • Optimize application performance and responsiveness for low-end Android devices and poor network connections. • Utilize AI coding tools daily in production workflows. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 4+ years of experience building mobile applications. • Proven track record with at least one app shipped on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. • Daily, hands-on experience leveraging AI coding tools in production (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code). • Deep technical expertise in offline-first sync, auth, push notifications, and camera capture. • Demonstrated success optimizing applications for low-end Android hardware and unstable network environments. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Remote (US Time Zones) / LATAM. ### Application Instructions • Please share your updated resume via the designated contact email.
